Ron has always been an entrepreneur looking for solutions to various challenges but ultimately found his niche in the professional beauty business.
Throughout his career, he has held many positions; including sales rep, salon educator, chain salon account executive, sales manager, and salon designer.
Ron’s passion and the most rewarding part of his career has been helping people be successful.
Starting out as a hairdresser himself, and spending over 35 years in the professional salon industry, he saw all the challenges the salon professionals faced and could relate first hand to their frustrations.
Finding himself at a crossroads in his career himself, he decided to create a professional salon environment that offered all types of salon professionals the opportunity to reach their full potential, make the money they wanted and deserved, and to ultimately live their best life.
So in 2011 he opened the doors of Premier Salon Suites. A unique all-inclusive “suite” environment that designed so that salon professionals that can own their own business without all the risks and overhead related to traditional (conventional) salons.
Premier Salon Suites is a place for all established salon professionals where all they need is a clientele, allowing them to keep all their service and retail profits and to have the freedom to work their own hours, design their own space, use and sell the products they want, work independently, and be their own boss.
For Ron, watching everyone at Premier Salon Suites grow and fulfilling their dreams; ” Living The Suite Life” has been the most rewarding aspect of his career.
